Ten days of perfect tunes,

I was planning on posting these pictures a while back, but then something happened that really caught me off guard. I discovered a fake facebook account on my name. And this wasn't just someone using my pictures, this was someone using my name and my identity. This person was actually claiming to be me, and since I don't own an active facebook account it was was very difficult to prove that it was just some retard impersonating me. Even some of my friends thought it was me. But .. i mean.. really ?

But enough about that, here's some eyecandy for you all to enjoy. Took these on monday. It was nice and sunny.. and oh so warm. I also got some books from the library - oh yay ! Exams are coming up and i neee-nee-neeeed to study.

Why so blooo ?!

Just a lazy afternoon. Blowing bubbles in the kitchen and drinking coffee with friends. Oh and if you were wondering.. Bloo is my favorite character from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. If you haven't seen the cartoon yet, god forbid, go watch it right now ! It's brilliant ! :)

I really like this cape my mum made, it's perfect for spring. I actually never thought that anything like this could be even remotely wearable. But hey, I was wrong. It's warm and cosy and I'm thinking of trying to make one myself. And if i do, there's going to be a tutorial as well. So wish me luck !

Skirt tutorial !

So this is the tutorial for the skirt. It's really easy and shouldn't take more than an hour.

First you need some fabric and sharp scissors.

When measuring your fabric, keep in mind two things: the longer the fabric is, the puffier the skirt will be; and the wider it is, the longer. Don't forget the extra room for the waistband!

Baste all the sides of the fabric.

Measure the width of your waistband and baste the upper side of the fabric accordingly. Then sew it.

Using a safety pin, insert the waistband. Adjust the lenght of your waistband according to your waist - cut off the extra part and sew the two sides together.

And voilà !

Afraid of god and modern science.

I've been so busy with school lately that i haven't had the time to update my blog.. or do anything else for that matter. And for those of you that don't know, I'm a third year student in Tartu Art School and I'm studying graphic design, so i have plenty of schoolwork all year round. But it's finally spring break ! Yay! So I'll be chillaxing and doing all that fun jazz, that i've been missing out on. That means a lot of bloggig, photographing and drawing. Plus i have tons of ideas for some new stop-motion animations etc.

Uuh and I finally ordered the wireless remote control for my camera ! So taking pictures is going to be a lot easier from now on. win!
