So this is the tutorial for the skirt. It's really easy and shouldn't take more than an hour.
First you need some fabric and sharp scissors.
When measuring your fabric, keep in mind two things: the longer the fabric is, the puffier the skirt will be; and the wider it is, the longer. Don't forget the extra room for the waistband!
Baste all the sides of the fabric.
Measure the width of your waistband and baste the upper side of the fabric accordingly. Then sew it.
Using a safety pin, insert the waistband. Adjust the lenght of your waistband according to your waist - cut off the extra part and sew the two sides together.
And voilà !
